Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Melbourne. See rates and typical delivery times below. You will receive tracking information once your Robe(s) have been dispatched. This will be from Australia Post for domestic orders & DHL for international orders.

Please allow 48 business hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. We are unable to cancel/ refund your orders for any postal delays. The timeframes we provided are not guaranteed as there may be possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances. For the most updated shipping times to your destination please check here.
When placing an order with us, you must provide the right shipping address to ensure the reliability of your order. If the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to refund or re-send your order at our cost.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the courier. In the rare case that your parcel goes missing whilst it is with the courier, ROBED.CO take no responsibility. If this does happen to you, please contact Australia Post if you are in Australia or DHL if you are in any other country. Please note that ROBED.CO is not responsible for any loss or theft occurring during delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs. If a customer does not pay these additional charges, our courier will abandon the package and Robed is not responsible for the handling of abandoned packages.
Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and in rare cases; they may also delay or reject delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely depending on each country.
Please contact your local customs office to find out what the customs and duty charges may be before placing your order.  

 

CANCELLATION
If the warehouse team has already started processing your order we are unable to cancel the order or make any changes. 
ROBED.CO reserves the right to cancel or decline orders at any time due to suspicion of fraudulent intent, inability to authorise a payment, insufficient stock or any other reason deemed appropriate by ROBED.CO.
