RETURNS
We at Robed, are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still has all labels and tags attached to them. This applies to any garment that is returned within 14 days (for Australian orders) and 30 days (for International orders) of receiving your order.
Return instructions are on the return document inside your delivery. When filling out the sheet, please ensure you indicate you would like a refund. Please note we do not cover shipping costs when sending garments back.

We at Robed reserve the right not to accept your return if the garment shows signs of wear or is altered from its original condition (for example washed, damaged or stained). You will be informed if your refund is not accepted for these reasons & you may choose to have the garment sent back to you at your own expense.
The refund for the accepted return will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the garment. Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Depending on your banks processing time it can take up to 10 business days for your card refund to complete.
Robed is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered return parcels - please keep tracking numbers with you to avoid disappointment.
LATE RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns later than the 14 days of your receipt (for Australian orders) & 30 days of your receipt (for International orders). Anything sent to us after these times can return to you at your cost.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We get that sometimes the fit may not be right!

Exchanges take 2 business days to process, plus delivery back to you. We at Robed reserve the right not to accept your exchange if the garment shows signs of wear or is altered from its original condition (for example washed, damaged or stained). You will be informed if your refund is not accepted for these reasons & you may choose to have the garment sent back to you at your own expense.
When filling out the sheet, please ensure you indicate you would like an exchange and identify which item you would like replaced. You can exchange your item for any size or garment (if garment is in stock) that is the original garments equivalent price.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at hello@robed.co within 48 hours of receiving your garment/s with digital pictures of the fault. Please note - if you contact us after 48 hours of receiving your order we may be unable to help you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
